One can set attribute flags on cluster attributes with cluster_set() but there is no way to investigate cluster attribute flags.

Of course these functions are really only needed for checking the attributes, since I'm not sure how it would figure out what to do for in the case of an object. Maybe return the flags or hasflag the first cluster member?

This has been implemented. It should be in the next SVN push once the appropiate help files are to be added.
